摘要
车辙是沥青路面的典型病害,如何对不同车辙深度的沥青路面进行养护是道路管养部门面临的主要问题.以某水利枢纽永久道路沥青路面不同车辙深度处的路面芯样为研究对象,分别对不同车辙深度处不同层位的路面芯样进行了动态蠕变试验,并采用修正的Burgers模型分析了不同车辙深度对不同层位沥青混合料动态蠕变特性的影响.动态蠕变试验结果表明,中面层沥青混合料的轴向应变和轴向应变速率整体高于上面层沥青混合料,表明中面层沥青混合料抵抗高温变形的能力相对较差;随着车辙深度的增加,上面层沥青混合料的轴向应变和轴向应变速率的变化幅度均较小,中面层沥青混合料的轴向应变则先减小后增加,说明随着车辙深度的增加,中面层沥青混合料抵抗高温变形的能力先增强后减弱.修正的Burgers模型非线性拟合结果表明,随着车辙深度的增加,上、中面层沥青混合料的黏性系数η1和延迟时间k的值均会有所降低,表明在路面长期老化和服役状态下,上、中面层沥青混合料的黏聚力均会下降.在交通荷载的压密作用下,中面层沥青混合料抵抗高温变形的能力先增强后减弱,且车辙深度对中面层沥青混合料抵抗高温变形能力的影响更大.综合来看,水利枢纽永久道路沥青路面抵抗高温变形的能力主要取决于中面层沥青混合料,因此道路管养部门在对路面进行养护维修的过程中需要加强对中面层沥青混合料性能的评估,并且建议其在合适的车辙深度下展开养护.
Rutting is a typical disease of asphalt pavement.How to make road maintenance decision of asphalt pavement with rutting disease is the main problem faced by road maintenance department.In this paper,the rutting disease of asphalt pavement on permanent road of a water conservancy project was studied.Firstly,the pavement core samples of different rutting depths at different layers were obtained,and the dynamic creep tests on the pavement core samples were carried out respectively.The modified Burgers model was used to analyze the influence of different rutting depths on the viscoelasticity characteristics of asphalt mixtures.The dynamic creep test results show that the axial strain and axial strain rate of the middle layer asphalt mixture are higher than those of the upper layer asphalt mixture,which indicates that the ability of the middle layer asphalt mixture to resist high temperature deformation is relatively poor.With the increase of rutting depth,the change range of axial strain and axial strain rate of upper layer asphalt mixture is small,and the axial strain of middle layer asphalt mixture decreases first and then increases,indicating that with the increase of rutting depth,the ability of middle layer asphalt mixture to resist high temperature deformation increases first and then decreases.The modified Burgers model nonlinear fitting results show that the viscosity coefficientη;and delay time■of upper and middle layer asphalt mixture decrease with the increase of rutting depth,indicating that the cohesion of upper and middle layer asphalt mixture will decrease under long-term aging and service.Under the compaction effect of traffic loading,the resistance of middle layer asphalt mixture to high-temperature deformation increases first and then decreases,and the rutting depth has a greater impact on the resistance of middle layer asphalt mixture to high-temperature deformation.Overall,the ability of permanent road asphalt pavement of water conservancy project to resist high temperature deformation mainly depends on the middle layer asphalt mixture.Therefore,in the process of pavement maintenance,the road management and maintenance departments need to strengthen the evaluation of the performance of the middle layer asphalt mixture.It is recommended to carry out maintenance under the appropriate rutting depth of asphalt pavement.
