摘要
在机床设计发展的过程中,设计人员选择的设计理念较为传统,工作人员会对影响机床工作过程中的各种因素,如压力、材料硬度以及刚度等进行简单的分析后展开机床设计,虽然这种设计方式的效率较快,但是较为刻板,会让设计过程中的成本增加,给企业带来较大的经济负担。同时,机床设计过程中十分重要的一个环节就是机床的精度问题,如果运用传统设计方式,那么就只能借助原材料将机床结构进行加厚,然后实现机床精度的提升,这就会导致机床变得更加臃肿厚重,毕竟很大一部分的结构都是无用的,功能模块较少。因此,本文将对于如何在机床设计中应用轻量化技术进行分析、探究,希望能够为相关工作人员提供思路,推动我国机床设计水平的整体提高,为国家经济发展贡献一份力量。
In the process of machine tool design and development,the design concept selected by designers is more traditional.The staff will carry out machine tool design after simple analysis of various factors affecting the working process of machine tool,such as pressure,material hardness and stiffness.Although this design method is efficient,it is rigid and will increase the cost in the design process,Bring greater economic burden to enterprises.At the same time,a very important link in the machine tool design process is the accuracy of the machine tool.If the traditional design method is used,the machine tool structure can only be thickened with the help of raw materials,and then the accuracy of the machine tool can be improved,which will lead to the machine tool becoming more bulky and heavy.After all,a large part of the structure is useless and there are few functional modules.Therefore,this paper will analyze and explore how to apply lightweight technology in machine tool design,hoping to provide ideas for relevant staff,promote the overall improvement of China’s machine tool design level,and contribute to the national economic development.
