基于改进动态线损估计的智能电表误差估计方法 被引量:8

摘要 针对智能电表抽检方式存在效率低下、人力成本高、实时性差、难以全面覆盖的问题,本文提出一种基于改进动态线损估计的智能电表在线误差估计方法。首先,考虑负荷类型对线损估计的影响,对动态线损估计模型进行改进,使模型获取的误差估计值更接近真实值;然后,利用带遗忘因子的递推最小二乘法求解改进动态线损模型,获取智能电表误差估计结果;最后,通过仿真及实际数据验证所提方法的有效性。结果表明,与固定线损模型、动态线损模型对比,本文所提方法的检测准确率更优。 Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,high labor cost,poor real-time performance and difficult to be fully covered in the sampling inspection of smart meters,an online error estimation method of smart meters based on improved dynamic line loss estimation is proposed.First,considering the influence of load type on line loss estimation,the dynamic line loss estimation model is improved to make the error estimation obtained by the model closer to the real value.Then,the recursive least square method with forgetting factor is used to solve the improved dynamic line loss model,and the error estimation results of smart meter are obtained.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the data of smart meter in the actual distribution station area.The experimental results show that the detection accuracy of the proposed method is better than that of the fixed line loss model and the dynamic line loss model.
