摘要
目的:观察阿托伐他汀对高血压患者动脉弹性状态及心室重塑的影响。方法:选取2018年2月-2021年2月的120例高血压患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(常规高血压治疗)和观察组(常规高血压治疗加阿托伐他汀),每组60例。比较两组治疗前后动脉弹性状态指标(大小动脉弹性指数、僵硬度指数及脉搏波传导速度)与心室重塑指标(心室重塑、相关血液指标)。结果:两组治疗前动脉弹性状态指标与心室重塑指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗6、12周,两组动脉弹性状态指标与心室重塑指标较治疗前均显著改善,且观察组大小动脉弹性指数均显著高于对照组,僵硬度指数、脉搏波传导速度及心室重塑指标均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀可显著改善高血压患者的动脉弹性状态与心室重塑状态,在高血压患者中的应用价值较高。
Objective:To observe the influence of Atorvastatin for arterial elasticity state and ventricular remodeling of patients with hypertension.Method:A total of 120 patients with hypertension from February 2018 to February 2021 were chosen as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group (conventional treatment for hypertension) and the observation group (conventional treatment and Atorvastatin) by the method of random number,60 cases in each group.Then the arterial elasticity state indexes (large and small arterial elastic index,stiffness index and pulse wave velocity) and ventricular remodeling indexes (ventricular remodeling and related blood indexes) of two groups before and after treatment were compared.Result:The arterial elasticity state and ventricular remodeling indexes of two groups before treatment were compared,there were no statistically significant differences (P>0.05).At 6 and 12 weeks after treatment,the arterial elasticity state and ventricular remodeling indexes of two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the large and small arterial elastic index of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the stiffness index,pulse wave velocity and ventricular remodeling indexes were significantly lower than those of the control group,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin can significantly improve the arterial elasticity state and ventricular remodeling of patients with hypertension,so its application value in patients with hypertension is higher.
