摘要
为制备清洁且形貌可控的雪人状粒子,探究制备条件对微粒形貌的影响,以二氧化硅-聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(SiO_(2)-PMMA)核壳微粒为种子,苯乙烯(St)为溶胀聚合单体,无皂种子乳液聚合制备雪人状(SiO_(2)-PMMA)/PS粒子。采用SEM、TEM、FTIR对微粒的结构和化学组成进行表征。在SiO_(2)与MMA质量比13∶100,SiO_(2)-PMMA与St质量比1∶13—1∶18,KPS质量分数3%,搅拌速度540—860 r/min,聚合温度65℃的条件下,制备出雪人状(SiO_(2)-PMMA)/PS Janus粒子。得出种子壳层的交联密度是形成相分离的关键因素,种子与单体的质量比,KPS质量分数及聚合温度都会对微粒的形貌进行调节。
In order to obtain clean and controllable snowman-shaped particles,the influence of preparation conditions on the morphology of the particles were explored.Snowman-like silica-polymethyl methacrylate/polystyrene(SiO_(2)-PMMA)/PS particles were synthesized by soap-free seed emulsion polymerization with core-shell SiO_(2)-PMMA particles as seed and styrene(St)as swelling polymerization monomer.The structure and chemical composition of the particles were characterized by SEM,TEM and FTIR.The snowman-shaped(SiO_(2)-PMMA)/PS Janus particles can be prepared at the conditions of SiO_(2)to MMA mass ratio 13∶100,SiO_(2)-PMMA to St mass ratio 1∶13-1∶18,KPS mass fraction 3%,stirring speed 540-860 r/min,reaction temperature 65℃.It concludes that the cross-linking density of the seed shell layer is the key factor for the formation of phase separation.The mass ratio of seed to monomer,the mass fraction of KPS,and the polymerization temperature will all adjust the morphology of the particles.
