摘要
以中国最大的同人展魔都同人祭为研究对象,借助短文本平台微博、二次元信息平台喵特和购票软件CPP,获取2014—2021年共13届漫展相关评论,结合好差评设计情感倾向度指标,从内容结合漫展关联行业研究发现,好评围绕游客参展的摄影、社交和内容三大需求展开;差评的客体较为多样,突出事件类差评更容易影响游客情感倾向度;漫展传统关联行业始终是产生好评和提升情感倾向度的主要因素;漫展新兴关联行业逐渐成为内容类好评重要来源。因此,多元的创作内容和形式是提升漫展游客情感倾向度的核心,丰富的关联行业是漫展发展的大势所趋,专业的漫展策划是应对游客负面情绪的关键,有效的执行是减少漫展游客重要差评的有力手段。
The COMICUP,China's largest comic book exhibition,served as the research object,and the comments on a total of 13 Comic-Con sessions were collected from 2014 to 2021 with the help of short textbook platform Weibo,two dimensions information platform Nyato and ticketing software CPP.In addition to the good and bad comments,the emotional tendency index was designed and the research findings from the content of Comic-Con and its related industries were identified.As the three main needs of the Comic-Con visitors are photography,social interaction,and content,the good reviews revolve around it.The objects of negative comments are more diverse,and the negative comments of prominent events are more likely to affect the emotional tendency of tourists.The traditional industry associated with Comic-Con has always been the main factor to generate favorable comments and enhance the emotional tendency index.A number of related industries are emerging from Comic-Con and are becoming an increasingly important source of content-based good reviews.Therefore,diversified content and forms of creation are the core to enhance the emotional tendency of Comic-Con visitors,a general trend in the development of Comic-Con is that it is associated with rich industries,a professional Comic-Con plan is essential for reducing the negative emotions of visitors,and an effective execution is a powerful way to reduce the negative comments of Comic-Con attendees.
