摘要
为比较烘干玉米和1年陈玉米对产蛋后期蛋种鸡生产性能及肠道微生物的影响,选用55周龄产蛋率相似、体重相近的健康海兰褐蛋种鸡224只,随机分为2组,每组7个重复,每个重复16只鸡,分别饲喂烘干玉米和1年陈玉米。预试期7 d,试验期56 d。结果表明:烘干玉米和1年陈玉米饲喂种鸡的生产性能无显著差异;与烘干玉米组相比,陈玉米组微生物α多样性中Chao1指数提高(P<0.05);非度量多维尺度分析(NMDS)表明陈玉米组和烘干玉米组肠道菌群具有显著差异(Anosim<0.05);在门水平上,陈玉米组降低了厚壁菌门丰度(P>0.05),提高了变形菌门丰度(P>0.05);在属水平上,陈玉米组增加了乳酸杆菌属的丰度(P>0.05),降低了Romboutsia属丰度(P>0.05)。可见,烘干玉米和1年陈玉米对产蛋后期蛋种鸡生产性能无显著影响;相比于烘干玉米,1年陈玉米能在一定程度上提升蛋种鸡肠道菌群多样性和均匀度,改善肠道菌群结构。
In order to compare the effects of dried corn and one-year aging corn on the production performance and intestinal microorganisms of aged layer breeders,a total of 224 Hy-Line Brown hens at 55 weeks were randomly divided into 2 groups,each group has 7 replicates with 16 hens each.The pre-feeding period was 7 days and the experimental period lasted for 56 days.The results showed that there was no significant effect on the production performance of layers fed with dried corn group and one-year aging corn group.Compared with the dried corn group,the Chao1 index of microbialαdiversity were significantly increased(P<0.05).Non-metric multidimensional scaling analysis(NMDS)showed that there were significant differences in intestinal flora between the aging corn group and the dried corn group(Anosim<0.05).At the level of phylum,the abundance of Firmicutes was decreased and that of Proteobacteria was increased in the aging corn group at a certain level,but none of them reached a significant level.At the level of genus,the aging corn group increased the abundance of Lactobacillus and decreased the abundance of Romboutsia at a certain level,which was not significant.In conclusion,dried corn and one-year aging corn had no significant effect on production performance of aged layer breeders.Compared with dried corn,one-year aging corn could improve the diversity and evenness of intestinal flora,and improve the intestinal flora structure of layer breeders to a certain extent.
