摘要
环境-饲料-动物源性产品全链条养殖生产过程中重金属的污染问题已经引起人们广泛关注。过量的重金属从饲料进入动物体内,引起动物生长性能下降、器官受损、代谢紊乱。重金属大量蓄积在动物产品中也会严重威胁人类健康。此外,未被吸收的重金属通过粪尿排泄到环境中进而在土壤中蓄积,导致土壤中金属元素污染,最终形成恶性循环。本文对畜禽养殖中重金属污染的来源和现状、危害及其在动物体内的代谢过程进行综述,并对其在动物养殖中的安全控制提出了建议。
The pollution of heavy metals in the procedure of environment-feed-animal-derived products has attracted widespread attention.Excessive heavy metals enter the animal body from the feed,resulting in the decline of animal growth performance,organ damage and metabolic disorder.And large quantities of heavy metals accumulate in animal products,which is a serious threat to human health.In addition,unabsorbed heavy metals are excreted into the environment through feces and urine and then accumulate in the soil,resulting in heavy metal pollution in soil and finally forming a vicious cycle.This review summarizes the source,present situation,harm and metabolic process of heavy metal pollution in livestock and poultry breeding,and puts forward some suggestions for their safe and rational use in livestock production.
