摘要
通过对福州大学基层共青团育人工作开展调研,梳理出基层共青团干部队伍建设存在短板、基层共青团育人遭遇管理体制割据、基层共青团组织建设有效工作覆盖不足、基层共青团网络育人落后时代发展等问题。提出以习近平青年观理论和有关共青团工作论述作为理论指导为高校基层共青团育人工作构造方法论体系,从引领力、服务力、组织力、传播力四方面提出具体对策。
A probe into the work of primary Youth League organizations in Fuzhou University reveals that the educational function of primary Youth League organizations is compromised by inadequate Youth League cadres,interference from the management system,insufficient effective work and weak online efforts.Colleges and universities must seriously study Xi Jinping s view on youth and his statements on the work of the Communist Youth League and establish a systematic methodology so primary Youth League organizations can exert their educational function through better leadership,service,organization and communication.
