摘要
目的:研究滑膜炎汤在儿童髋关节一过性滑膜炎中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2021年1月收入福建中医药大学附属泉州正骨医院的髋关节一过性滑膜炎患儿160例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组及观察组,每组80例。对照组采取常规牵引制动、理疗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服滑膜炎汤治疗。比较两组疼痛缓解时间及住院时间,治疗前及治疗后1、2周的髋部疼痛状况和治疗前后炎性因子水平。治疗后,随访3个月,评估两组的临床疗效、复发率。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛缓解时间、住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1、2周,观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,观察组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滑膜炎汤用于儿童髋关节一过性滑膜炎的治疗效果显著,并可有效缓解髋部疼痛、促进患儿恢复,减少复发,或许与其能够加速清除机体炎性因子的机制相关。
Objective:To study the effect of Huamoyan Decoction on children with transient synovitis of hip joint.Method:A total of 160 children with transient synovitis of hip joint admitted to Quanzhou Orthopedic-traumatological Hospital of Fujian Traditional Chinese Medicine University from June 2018 to January 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional traction brake and physical therapy,while the observation group was treated with oral Huamoyan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The pain relief time,hospital stay,condition of hip pain before and 1,2 weeks after treatment,and inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.After treatment,patients were followed up for 3 months to evaluate the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);the pain relief time and hospital stay of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05);at 1 and 2 weeks aftert reatment,the visual analog scale (VAS) score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);after 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum C-reactive protein (CRP),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Huamoyan Decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of transient synovitis of hip joint in children,and it can effectively relieve hip pain,promote the recovery of children,reduce recurrence,which may be related to the mechanism of accelerating the elimination of inflammatory factors in the body.
