西北县域农村生活污水治理规划编制关键问题探讨 被引量:6

Discussion on the Key Issues of Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment Planning in Typical Counties in Northwest China

摘要 以经济欠发达黄土高原沟壑区典型县域(秦安县)农村生活污水处理规划为例,结合实际情况提出了农村生活污水治理原则及模式,最后探讨了农村生活污水治理的重点问题。农村生活污水治理应遵循改善环境迫切需要和聚集性大村优先的原则;农村生活污水治理分为集中治理和资源化利用治理,其中集中治理包括城镇污水处理厂集中处理和村级集中污水处理站的处理,资源化利用治理包括水冲式厕所资源化处理和卫生旱厕资源化处理。修建村级集中污水处理站时每户村民平均支管长度约11.35 m,支干管长度约3.79 m,户均投资要大于修建乡镇污水处理厂;资源化利用模式投资最省。规划结果表明集中处理与资源化利用模式占比分别约为30%和70%,投资总额相比秦安县财政状况,负担很重。 Taking the rural domestic sewage treatment planning of typical counties(Qin’an Country)in Gully Region of the Loess Plateau as an example,the treatment principles and models of rural domestic sewage was proposed with the actual situation, and finally some key issues of rural domestic sewage treatment was explored.The treatment of domestic sewage in rural areas should follow the principals of improving urgently the environment and clustering large villages in priority. Rural domestic sewage treatment can be divided into centralized treatment mode that collects urban sewage treatment plants or village-level sewage treatment stations, and toilet revolution(flushing toilets or sanitary toilets)resource utilization mode. The average length of branch and branch trunk pipe is about 11.35 m and 3.79 m respectively when building a village-level centralized sewage treatment station,the household investment is greater than the township sewage treatment plant, but the resource utilization is the lowest.The results indicated that the proportion of centralized treatment and resource utilization mode was 30% and 70% respectively. Compared with Qin’an County, the total investment is heavy. The great sewage treatment plants that should be built,fewer small and the resource utilization promotion,which is fundamental guarantee to achieve the goal of rural domestic sewage control with limited financial resources ten years in Northwest China.
