行为转变模式的健康教育应用于前列腺增生术后患者中的效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨行为转变模式的健康教育对前列腺增生术后患者健康行为、自护能力及生存质量的影响。方法选择2020年1月—2021年1月前列腺增生行手术治疗的122例患者作为研究对象,按照组间基本资料匹配的原则分为观察组和对照组,每组61例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上给予行为转变模式的健康教育。于干预前、干预后3个月采用健康促进生活方式量表-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)评价患者健康行为,采用自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评价患者的自护能力,采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评价患者生存质量。结果干预前,两组患者HPLP-Ⅱ、ESCA、WHOQOL-BREF各维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后3个月,观察组患者健康责任、运动锻炼、营养、自我实现、人际关系和压力管理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后3个月,观察组自我概念、自护责任感、自我管理技能和健康知识水平评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后3个月,观察组生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论行为转变模式的健康教育可以促进前列腺增生术后患者的健康行为,提高患者的自我护理能力,更好地改善其生存质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of health education in behavioral change mode on health behavior,self-care ability and quality of life of patients after prostatic hyperplasia operation.Methods To select 122 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who underwent surgical treatment from January 2020 to January 2021 as the study objects,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the principle of matching the basic data between the groups,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given health education of behavioral change mode on the basis of the control group.Before intervention and 3 months after intervention,health promoting lifestyle profi le-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)was used to evaluate patients'health behavior,exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)was used to evaluate patients'self-care ability,and WHO quality of life scales(WHO QOL-BREF)was used to evaluate patients'quality of life.Results Before the intervention,there was no signifi cant diff erence in the scores of HPLP-Ⅱ,ESCA and WHOQOL-BREF between the two groups(P>0.05).Three months after the intervention,the scores of health responsibility,exercise,nutrition,self-actualization,interpersonal relationships and stress management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after the intervention,the scores of self-concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills and health knowledge level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after the intervention,the scores in the physical,psychological,social relationship and environmental domains of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education in behavioral change mode can promote healthy behaviors of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,improve their self-care ability,and better improve their quality of life.
