摘要
甲醇制丙烯(MTP)是近年来国内丙烯的一种重要生产工艺,提高丙烯收率的关键在于高效催化剂的研发。为了进一步提高ZSM-5分子筛的催化性能,本文采用软模板法合成了纳米晶堆积型多级孔ZSM-5分子筛,并与常规的纳米晶ZSM-5分子筛的物理化学性质及MTP反应性能进行了详细对比。与纳米晶ZSM-5分子筛相比,纳米晶堆积ZSM-5分子筛的MTP反应寿命由96h提高至161h。此外,纳米晶堆积ZSM-5分子筛的颗粒尺寸较大,使得产品的分离变得容易,具有更好的应用前景。
Methanol to propylene(MTP)is an important propylene production process in China recent years.The key to improving propylene yield lies in the development of high-efficiency catalysts.In order to further improve the catalytic performance of ZSM-5 zeolite,this paper uses a soft template method to synthesize the nanocrystalline aggregated hierarchical ZSM-5 zeolite,and compares its physical and chemical properties and MTP reaction performance with the conventional nanocrystalline ZSM-5 zeolite in detail.Compared with the nanocrystalline ZSM-5 zeolite,the MTP reaction lifetime of nanocrystalline aggregated ZSM-5 zeolite increased from 96 h to 161 h.In addition,the particle size of the nanocrystalline aggregated ZSM-5 zeolite is larger,which makes the separation of product easier and has a better prospect for application.
