血管内介入治疗联合高压氧对脑梗死患者氧化应激指标及脑血流动力学的影响

Effects of intravascular interventional therapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen on oxidative stress indexes and cerebral hemodynamics in patients with cerebral infarction

摘要 目的探讨血管内介入治疗联合高压氧对脑梗死患者氧化应激指标及脑血流动力学的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月收治的76例脑梗死患者为研究对象,以随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采用血管内介入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合高压氧治疗。比较两组患者的氧化应激指标、脑血流动力学指标、神经功能指标及miR-151a-3p、miR-210表达情况。结果治疗后,观察组的MDA水平低于对照组,SOD、GSH-Px水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的Qmean、Vmean高于对照组,R低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的NSE、S100B、VILIP-1水平均低于对照组,SDF-1水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的miR-151a-3p表达水平低于对照组,miR-210表达水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血管内介入联合高压氧治疗脑梗死有助于促进患者氧化应激反应减轻和脑血流动力学改善,也能减轻患者神经功能损害程度,调节miR-151a-3p、miR-210表达情况,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the effects of intravascular interventional therapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen on oxidative stress indexes and cerebral hemodynamics in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 76 patients with cerebral infarction treated from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravascular interventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of the control group.The indexes of oxidative stress,cerebral hemodynamics,neurological function and the expression of miR-151a-3p and miR-210 were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the MDA level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the levels of SOD and GSH-Px were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Qmean and Vmean of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and R was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of NSE,S100B,and VILIP-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of SDF-1 was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression level of miR-151a-3p in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the expression level of miR-210 was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravascular intervention combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of cerebral infarction can not only promote the reduction of oxidative stress response and the improvement of cerebral hemodynamics,but also reduce the degree of neurological damage and regulate the expression of miR-151a-3p and miR-210,which is worthy of promotion.
