摘要
以18份高粱种质资源为试验材料,测定株高、穗长、千粒重、穗粒重、生育期等5个主要农艺性状及蛋白质含量、淀粉含量和粗脂肪含量等3个品质性状,采用隶属函数法综合评价18份高粱种质农艺性状和品质性状。方差分析表明,18份高粱种质资源农艺性状间差异达显著、极显著或者不显著水平。参试材料的农艺性状和品质性状的变异系数存在较大差异。应用隶属函数分析法筛选出综合表现较优的5个高粱种质依次为:KS 152-1、M-60826、5-46796、散穗红壳矮高粱、哲43恢。可以应用于高粱生产及育种。
In this paper,the agronomic and qualitative traits of 18 sorghum germplasm resources were comprehensively evaluated.The 18 sorghum germplasms from home and abroad were used as experimental materials to determine five agronomic traits including plant height,ear length and 1000-grain weight,etc and three qualitative traits including protein content,starch content and crude fat content.Variance analysis showed that the agronomic traits of 18 sorghum germplasms differed significantly,extremely significantly or insignificantly.The variation coefficients of agronomic characters and quality characters of the tested materials were significantly different.Five sorghum germplasm with better comprehensive performance were screened by membership function analysis,and the degree of good quality followed as KS 152-1>M-60826>5-46796>Sansuihongke Aigaoliang>Zhe 43 Hui.The results showed that five sorghum germplasms(KS 152-1,M-60826,5-46796,Sansuihongke Aigaoliang and Zhe 43 Hui)with better comprehensive performance were screened out and could be used in sorghum breeding.
