摘要
进行地层抗钻特性参数评价对于优选适合地层抗钻特性的钻头,制定钻井提速方案是非常重要的。而仅仅以单井剖面来评价井间未知地层的抗钻特性参数是不合适的。岩石可钻性级值和硬度是评价地层抗钻特性的重要参数,以珠江口盆地陆丰区块为研究对象,通过开展地层抗钻特性实验测试,利用实测数据与声波时差数据拟合,建立了地层岩石可钻性级值和硬度的计算模型,利用Petrel软件构建了三维井间数据体模型,得到了珠江口盆地陆丰区块地层岩石可钻性级值和硬度的三维连井剖面。分析表明,陆丰区块的地层抗钻特性参数在纵向和横向上差异性较强;珠江组地层总体上属于可钻性较好的中软地层,但在西北和东南区域的珠江组地层的可钻性级值和硬度均有增大的趋势;珠海组地层总体上属于可钻性较差的中硬地层,横向分布差异性较大。陆丰区块地层抗钻特性参数三维连井剖面的建立,可以从宏观的角度反映出井间和层间地层的特征,有利于评价未知地层的抗钻特性参数分布规律,也有利于进行井位优选和井眼轨道的优化。
The evaluation of formation anti-drilling parameters is very important for optimizing the drill bits suitable forformation anti-drilling characteristics and making the drilling speed increasing plan.It is not reasonable to evaluate the drilling resistance parameters of unknown formations between wells by single well profile.Rock drillability grade and hardness are important parameters of formation anti-drilling characteristics.Taking Lufeng Block of Pearl River Mouth Basin as the research object,through the experimental test of formation anti-drilling characteristics,a calculation model of drillability grade and hardness of formation rock was established by fitting the measured data with acoustic time difference data,and a three-dimensional well data volume model was constructed by using Petrel software.The three-dimensional well profile of the drillability grade and hardness of formation rock in Lufeng Block of Pearl River Mouth basin were obtained.The analysis shows that the formation anti-drilling characteristic parameters of Lufeng Block have strong difference invertical and horizontal directions.The Zhujiang Formation is generally medium-soft strata with good drillability,but the drillability grade and hardness of the Zhujiang Formation in the northwest and southeast regions have an increasing trend;The Zhuhai Formation is generally medium-hard strata with poor drillability,and its lateral distribution is quite different.The establishment of three-dimensional continuous well profile of formation anti-drilling characteristic parameters in Lufeng block can reflect the characteristics of inter-well and inter-layer formations from a macro perspective,which is conducive to evaluating the distribution law of anti-drilling characteristic parameters in unknown formations,and also conducive to optimizing well location and wellbore trajectory.
