摘要
目的:探讨用替加环素对病情危重的多重耐药菌感染患者进行治疗的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至12月期间安顺市人民医院收治的66例病情危重的多重耐药菌感染患者作为研究对象。根据使用抗菌药的不同将这些患者分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=30)。为对照组患者使用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠进行治疗,为观察组患者使用替加环素进行治疗。然后比较两组患者治疗的总有效率、细菌的清除率、不良反应的发生率及相关指标恢复正常的时间。结果:治疗后,观察组患者治疗的总有效率、病原菌的清除率均高于对照组患者,P<0.05;其病原菌的未清除率、不良反应的发生率均低于对照组患者,P<0.05;其肺部啰音消失的时间及白细胞计数、体温、血清C反应蛋白水平、血清降钙素原水平恢复正常的时间均短于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:用替加环素对病情危重的多重耐药菌感染患者进行治疗的效果较为理想,可有效地清除其体内的病原菌,促使其各项指标恢复正常,且安全性较高。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of tigecycline in the treatment of critically ill patients with multiple drugresistant bacteria infection.Methods:A total of 66 critically ill patients with multidrug-resistant bacterial infection admitted to Anshun People’s Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research object.These patients were divided into observation group(n=36)and control group(n=30)according to the different antibiotics used.Patients in the control group were treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium,and patients in the observation group were treated with tigecycline.Then,the total effective rate,bacterial clearance rate,the incidence of adverse reactions and the time for related indicators to return to normal were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate and clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria in observation group were higher than those in control group,P<0.05;The uncleared rate of pathogenic bacteria and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those of control group,P<0.05;The time of disappearance of lung rales,white blood cell count,body temperature,serum C-reactive protein level and serum procalcitonin level were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tigecycline is effective in the treatment of critically ill patients with multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection,which can effectively remove the pathogenic bacteria in their bodies and promote their indicators to return to normal,with high safety.
