摘要
目的:研究用黄芪建中汤加减联合奥曲肽治疗急性非食管胃底静脉曲张性上消化道出血(UGIH)的效果。方法:选择云南省大理州宾川县中医医院收治的62例急性非食管胃底静脉曲张性UGIH患者作为试验对象。按照治疗方案的不同将其分为比较组和试验组。对两组患者均进行常规治疗,在此基础上用奥曲肽对比较组患者进行治疗,用黄芪建中汤加减联合奥曲肽对试验组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的疗效及各项临床指标。结果:试验组患者治疗的总有效率高于比较组患者,其用药后止血的时间短于比较组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,试验组患者血红蛋白的水平和生活质量评分均高于比较组患者,P<0.05。结论:在对急性非食管胃底静脉曲张性UGIH患者进行常规治疗的基础上,用黄芪建中汤加减联合奥曲肽对其进行治疗能显著缩短其止血的时间,提高其疗效,改善其血红蛋白的水平和生活质量。
Objective:To study the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with octreotide in the treatment of acute non-esophagogastric variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding(UGIH).Methods:62 patients with acute non-esophageal and gastric varices UGIH treated in Binchuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Dali Prefecture,Yunnan Province were selected as subjects.According to the different treatment plan,they were divided into comparison group and experimental group.On the basis of conventional treatment,patients in the comparison group were treated with octreotide,patients in the experimental group were treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction plus or minus octreotide,and then the efficacy and clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the comparison group,and the time of hemostasis after medication was shorter than that of the comparison group,P<0.05.After treatment,the hemoglobin level and quality of life score of experimental group were higher than those of comparison group,P<0.05.Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment for acute non-esophagogastric varices UGIH patients,the treatment with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with octreotide can significantly shorten the hemostasis time,improve the curative effect,improve the level of hemoglobin and quality of life.
