摘要
在单因素实验基础上,运用响应面分析法对利用超临界萃取手段从玫瑰干花中提取玫瑰精油的工艺条件进行了优化。选取超临界压力、超临界温度及CO_(2)流量为影响因素,应用Box-Behnken进行3因素3水平的实验设计,以精油得率为响应值,对玫瑰精油的提取因素进行优化。得到最佳工艺参数为:超临界压力25.56 MPa,超临界温度50.86℃,CO_(2)流量22.65 L/h,萃取时间120 min,在此条件下,玫瑰精油的得率可达0.92 mg·g^(-1)。
Response surface methodology(RSM)was used for optimizing the experimental conditions of supercritical extracting essential oil from rose flowers.Based on single factor experiment,three independent variables including supercritical pressure,supercritical temperature and supercritical CO_(2) rate of flow were selected as impact factor.The experiments with three factors and three levels were designed according to Box-Behnken with yield of rose oil as the response value were investigated by response surface methodology.Optimum process parameters were obtained by optimizing and verificating,the optimum results were as follows:supercritical extraction pressure is 25.56 MPa,supercritical extraction temperature is 50.86℃,supercritical CO_(2) rate of flow is 22.65 L/h,supercritical extraction time is 120 min,the yield of rose oil reach 92%.
