摘要
目的探讨术前治疗性抚触结合术中循环水床垫保温对宫颈癌手术患者体温、凝血功能、应激反应的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2021年1月我院收治的66例宫颈癌手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各33例。对照组采用常规手术室护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用术前治疗性抚触结合术中循环水床垫保温。比较两组不同时间点的体温、凝血功能及应激反应。结果T_(2)~T_(5)时,观察组的体温高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T_(1)、T_(5)时,观察组的PT、APTT短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T_(1)、T_(5)时,观察组的E、Cor水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前治疗性抚触结合术中循环水床垫保温应用于宫颈癌手术患者中,可维持体温稳定,改善凝血功能,减轻应激反应。
Objective To investigate the effects of preoperative therapeutic touch combined with intraoperative circulating water mattress insulation on body temperature,coagulation function and stress response in patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery.Methods A total of 66 patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine operating room nursing,and the observation group adopted preoperative therapeutic touch combined with intraoperative circulating water mattress insulation on the basis of the control group.The body temperature,coagulation function and stress response at different time points of the two groups were compared.Results At T_(2)-T_(5),the body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At T_(1) and T_(5),the PT and APTT of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At T_(1) and T_(5),the E and Cor levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative therapeutic touch combined with intraoperative circulating water mattress insulation applied in patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery can maintain temperature stability,improve coagulation function and reduce stress response.
