摘要
目的调查了解HIV阳性男男性行为者(men who have sex with men,MSM)高危行为状况并分析其影响因素。
Objective The aims of study are to investigate status of risk behaviors among HIV positive men who have sex with men(MSM)and to examine the factors related to risk behaviors. Methods HIV-positive MSM who were 18 years old or elder, and confirmed HIV infection by CDC were recruited.Participants completed the questionnaire on social demographic characteristics, health status and sexual behaviors during past 6 months.Chi-square test and non-conditional multiple logistic regression was used to examine risk behaviors and its influencing factors among participants. Results A total of 213 subjects were included, and 36.62%(78/213)had unprotected sexual behavior in the last 6 months.Single factor analysis results showed that Marital status, years of HIV infection diagnosis, untested for CD;cells on the respondents were influence factors for unprotected high-risk sexual behavior in HIV-positive MSM.(P<0.05).Marital status and untested for CD;cells were all risk factors for unprotected high-risk sexual behavior in HIV-positive MSM(P<0.05).Conclusions Prevention and control intervention to those married with spous, divorced or widowed, and untested for CD;cells in HIV-positive MSM should be strengthened.
