摘要
目的 分析根管充填术填充纳米羟基磷灰石对牙体牙髓病患者咀嚼能力、基牙相关指标的影响及其安全性。方法 2020年2月-2021年3月东莞市滨海湾中心医院收治的50例牙体牙髓病患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(25例)和观察组(25例)。两组均采用根管充填术进行治疗,观察组采用纳米羟基磷灰石进行根管填充,对照组填充物使用碘仿氧化锌丁香油糊剂,两组术后均观察2周。比较两组术后2周咀嚼功能、基牙相关指标及术后观察期间不良反应发生情况。结果 术后2周两组咬合力、咀嚼效率观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后2周,观察组牙龈指数、出血指数、松动度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后观察期间,观察组着色、脱落、边缘不合发生率分别为4.00%、8.00%、4.00%,均显著低于对照组(24.00%、32.00%、28.00%,P<0.05)。结论 根管充填术填充纳米羟基磷灰石可有效改善牙体牙髓病患者咀嚼功能和基牙相关指标,具有较好的安全性。
Objective To analyze the effect of nano-hydroxyapatite filling in root canal treatment and root canal filling on the masticatory ability and related indexes of abutment in patients with endodontic disease and its safety.Methods From February 2020 to March 2021,50 patients with dental pulp disease admitted to Binhaiwan Central Hospital in Dongguan were divided into a control group (25 cases) and an observation group (25 cases) by a random number table method.Both groups were treated with root canal filling,the observation group was filled with nano-hydroxyapatite,and the control group was filled with iodoform zinc oxide clove oil paste.Both groups were observed for 2 weeks after surgery.The chewing function,related indexes of abutment and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the postoperative observation period were compared between the two groups after 2 weeks.Results Two weeks after operation,the bite force and chewing efficiency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Two weeks after operation,the gingival index,bleeding index,and looseness of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).During the postoperative observation period,the incidence of coloration,shedding,and marginal incompatibility in the observation group were 4.00%,8.00%,and 4.00%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group (24.00%,32.00%,28.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Root canal filling with nano-hydroxyapatite can effectively improve the masticatory function and related indexes of abutment in patients with endodontic disease,and it has good safety.
