摘要
“1+X”证书制度体现了职业教育作为一种类型教育的重要特征,是落实立德树人根本任务、完善职业教育和培训体系、深化产教融合校企合作的一项重要制度设计。通过重点分析在“1+X”证书制度背景下管理机制如何更好地保障人才培养的效果,发现管理机制还存在运行机制需进一步协同、动力机制缺乏有效性、约束机制还尚未完善等一系列问题,提出形成完善运行机制、构建全新动力机制和健全长效约束机制等相应的改革措施,以期为顺利推进“1+X”证书制度的有效开展提供理论和实践依据。
“1+X”certificate system reflects the important characteristics of vocational education as a type of education.It is an important system design to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,improve the vocational education and training system,and deepen the integration of industry and education and school enterprise cooperation.By focusing on the analysis of how the management mechanism can better ensure the effect of talent training under the background of“1+X”certificate system,it is found that there are still a series of problems in the management mechanism,such as the need for further coordination of the operation mechanism,the lack of effectiveness of the dynamic mechanism,and the imperfect constraint mechanism,and it is proposed to form a perfect operation mechanism build a new dynamic mechanism and improve the long-term restraint mechanism and other corresponding reform measures,in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for smoothly promoting the effective development of“1+X”certificate system.
