益生菌的分类及其多领域应用研究现状 被引量:27

摘要 益生菌是一类被证实对人或动物有益的菌,也被称作人或动物的微生态调节剂,其生理作用广泛,具有潜在的应用价值和重要的理论意义。目前,益生菌被广泛应用于各领域中,在保障人畜健康或防治某些疾病方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。经过不断的开发和探索,越来越多的益生菌产品以乳制品、膳食补充剂、发酵及酶制剂或其他生物制剂的形式相继问世,全球益生菌产业正以每年15%~20%的速度增长。益生菌的临床应用也越发广泛,尤其是在抑菌、治疗肠道疾病、新生儿疾病及免疫性疾病方面,同时在降血压、降血脂、抗衰老、抗肿瘤和中枢神经系统疾病等方面体现出良好的效果。本文探讨了益生菌的分类及其在食品、药品、医疗业、畜牧业、农业和种植业中的应用,并对其今后进一步的开发利用进行展望。 Probiotics are bacteria that are beneficial to human beings or animals, also called microecological regulators.At present, probiotics are widely used in different fields, and play an increasingly important role in protecting human and animal health or preventing and controlling some diseases.After continuous development and exploration, more and more probiotic products have come out in the form of dairy products, dietary supplements, fermentation and enzymic preparations or other biological agents.The global probiotic industry is growing at a rate of 15%-20% every year.The clinical application of probiotics is more and more extensive, especially in bacteriostasis, treatment of intestinal diseases, neonatal diseases and immune diseases, and at the same time, it has shown good effects in reducing blood pressure, blood fat, anti-aging, anti-tumor and central nervous system diseases.In this paper, the classification and their application in food, medicine, medical industry, animal husbandry, and agricultural planting are discussed, and the future development and utilization of probiotics are prospected.
