基于步行生活圈的地铁站便利度评价——以杭州地铁1号线为例 被引量:2

摘要 地铁作为城市的重要公共交通工具,周边集聚了大量与人们生活息息相关的公共服务设施,研究地铁周边公共服务设施的相关情况,对提高人们生活品质,促进城市发展有重要意义,符合当前规划精细化的趋势。文章利用百度地图POI数据,通过网络分析、主成分分析等手段,对站点进行便利度评价,研究地铁步行生活圈内的公共服务设施的规模、聚集情况以及便利性并探究其内在规律,最后针对设施规划、线路选址、拓展步行圈范围、站点业态发展等方面提出相应的规划措施。 As an important public transport tool in the city,the subway gathers a large number of public service facilities closely related to people’s life.Studying the relevant situation of public service facilities around the subway is of great significance to improve people’s quality of life and promote urban development,which is in line with the current trend of refined planning.Using Baidu map POI data,this paper evaluates the convenience of the station by means of network analysis and principal component analysis,studies the scale,aggregation and convenience of public service facilities in the subway pedestrian life circle,and explores its internal laws.Finally,for facility planning,line location,expanding the scope of the pedestrian circle put forward corresponding planning measures for the development of site formats.
