摘要
神经退行性疾病包括阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病等,严重影响患者的生存质量。肠道菌群参与神经退行性疾病的发生发展。其中,菌-肠-脑轴是肠道菌群影响神经退行性疾病的重要途径。而肠道菌群也是神经免疫系统发育和发挥作用的关键因素。作为一条双向通道,菌-肠-脑轴主要通过神经免疫系统等方式连接肠道菌群与大脑,且神经退行性疾病可能起源于肠道神经免疫系统。深入研究肠道菌群与神经免疫系统及复杂神经退行性疾病的相互作用机制,可为神经退行性疾病的预防和治疗提供新思路。
Neurodegenerative diseases(including Alzheimer′s disease and Parkinson′s disease,etc.)seriously affect the life quality of the patients.The gut microbiota plays a role in the occurrence and development of neurodegenerative diseases,in which the microbiota-gut-brain axis is an important pathway.The gut microbiota is also a key factor in the development and function of neuroimmune system.As a two-way channel,the microbiota-gut-brain axis mainly connects the gut microbiota and the brain through the neuroimmune system,and neurodegenerative diseases may originate from the enteric neuroimmune system.Revealing the interaction mechanism of the gut microbiota,the neuroimmune system and complex neurodegenerative diseases can provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
