人性化带教模式在妇产科护理带教中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨在实施妇产科护理带教期间分析人性化带教模式运用可行性。方法将我院2020年1—9月收治的60名妇产科实习护生数字奇偶法分组;人性化带教组(30名):采用人性化带教模式完成妇产科护理带教;常规化带教组(30名):采用传统带教模式完成妇产科护理带教;就组间护生能力提升情况、考核成绩以及教学满意度展开对比。结果人性化带教组妇产科实习护生紧急应对能力、发现问题能力、团队协作能力以及解决问题能力均高于常规化带教组(P<0.05);人性化带教组妇产科实习护生基础护理技能、理论知识、综合护理技能以及专科护理技能均高于常规化带教组(P<0.05);人性化带教组妇产科实习护生教学满意度(93.33%)高于常规化带教组(63.33%)(P<0.05)。结论人性化带教模式有效运用,可使妇产科实习护生能力、考核成绩以及教学满意度有效提升,最终实现妇产科实习护生综合护理能力增强。 Objective To explore the feasibility of humanized teaching model during the implementation of nursing teaching in gynecology and obstetrics.Methods A total of 60 nursing students admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to September 2020 were divided into two groups by the numerical odd-even method.Humanized teaching group(30):adopt humanized teaching mode to complete the nursing teaching of gynecology and obstetrics;Routine teaching group(30):the traditional teaching mode was adopted to complete the nursing teaching of gynecology and obstetrics.The improvement of nursing students'ability,assessment results and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The emergency response ability,problem finding ability,teamwork ability and problem solving ability of obstetrics and gynecology practice nursing students in humanized teaching group were significantly higher than those in conventional teaching group(P<0.05).The basic nursing skills,theoretical knowledge,comprehensive nursing skills and specialized nursing skills of obstetrics and gynecology practice nursing students in humanized teaching group were significantly higher than those in conventional teaching group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of obstetrics and gynecology students in humanized teaching group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that in routine teaching group(63.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of humanized teaching mode can effectively improve the nursing ability,assessment results and teaching satisfaction of gynecology and obstetrics practice students,and finally enhance the comprehensive nursing ability of gynecology and obstetrics practice students.
