摘要
目的探究阿托伐他汀钙联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法120例冠心病心绞痛患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组采用美托洛尔治疗,观察组采用阿托伐他汀钙联合美托洛尔治疗。对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后血脂水平、生活质量评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.33%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组生活质量量表(QOL)评分为(59.24±3.04)分,高于对照组的(45.98±2.84)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病心绞痛患者实施阿托伐他汀钙联合美托洛尔治疗,可提高患者生活质量,降低血脂水平,治疗效果较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin calcium combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random numerical table,each with 60 cases.The control group was treated with metoprolol,and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium and metoprolol.The therapeutic effects,blood lipid levels and quality of life scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 98.33%of the observation group was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglycerides(TG),and total cholesterol(TC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scale(QOL)score of the observation group was(59.24±3.04)points,which was higher than(45.98±2.84)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of atorvastatin calcium and metoprolol has high therapeutic effect on patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,and can improve the patient's quality of life and reduce blood lipid levels,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
