摘要
目的探究免充气经腋窝入路腔镜手术治疗单侧甲状腺癌的临床疗效与安全性。方法120例单侧甲状腺癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为实验组与对照组,各60例。实验组采用免充气经腋窝入路腔镜手术治疗,对照组采用常规腔镜手术治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果,临床指标(术中出血量、手术时间、疼痛持续时间)及并发症发生情况。结果实验组患者的总有效率98.33%高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的术中出血量(15.69±9.22)ml少于对照组的(48.47±9.46)ml,手术时间(67.03±10.05)min、疼痛持续时间(24.18±6.01)h短于对照组的(86.98±10.14)min、(35.94±6.23)h,并发症发生率0低于对照组的8.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论免充气经腋窝入路腔镜手术治疗单侧甲状腺癌患者,具有较好的临床疗效与安全性,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of non-inflatable transaxillary endoscopic surgery in the treatment of unilateral thyroid cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients with unilateral thyroid cancer as research subjects were divided into experimental group and control group by random numerical table,with 60 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated by non-inflatable transaxillary endoscopic surgery,and the control group was treated by conventional endoscopic surgery.The clinical effects,clinical indicators(intraoperative blood loss,operation time,pain duration)and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate 98.33%of the experimental group was higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss(15.69±9.22)ml of the experimental group was less than(48.47±9.46)ml of the control group;the operation time(67.03±10.05)min and pain duration(24.18±6.01)h of the experimental group were shorter than(86.98±10.14)min and(35.94±6.23)h of the control group;the complication rate 0 of the experimental group was lower than 8.33%of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Noninflatable transaxillary endoscopic surgery has good clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of unilateral thyroid cancer,which is worthy of promotion.
