摘要
目的:探讨优质护理服务干预在手术室护理中的效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年2月至2020年1月厦门市中医院收治的手术室患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用优质护理,比较2组患者的临床护理效果。结果:观察组患者的睡眠质量、情绪情况、满意度、疼痛时间、治疗时间和并发症发生率均优于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:手术室实施优质护理服务干预效果较好,能更好地提高患者的睡眠质量,改善其焦虑抑郁情绪,满意度更高,并发症发生率更低。
Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing service intervention in operating room nursing and its effect on patients′sleep quality.Methods:A total of 100 patients in operating room in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received high-quality nursing.Compare the results.Results:The sleep,emotional condition,satisfaction,pain time,treatment time and complications in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention effect of high quality nursing service for patients in operating room is accurate.
