摘要
目的分析直肠癌患者分别接受单纯放疗与同步放化疗治疗的临床效果。方法选择2017年1月至2020年12月收治的28例直肠癌患者作为研究对象,并分为观察组(14例,同步放化疗)和对照组(14例,单纯放疗)。结果①两组患者诊疗情况的对比:相比于对照组,观察组诊疗后1年内死亡率更低,4年生存率更高,数据对比有统计学差异(P<0.05);②两组患者不良反应的对比:两组患者的不良反应总发生率无明显差异,数据对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);③两组患者诊疗效果的对比:两组患者病情呈部分缓解、疾病进展、疾病控制的人数无显著差异,数据对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相比于对照组,观察组病情呈完全缓解、有效的患者人数更多,病情呈疾病稳定的患者人数更少,数据对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论与单纯放疗治疗方式相比,直肠癌患者接受同步放化疗治疗,能达更好地诊疗效果,能有效提升患者的生存概率。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of radiotherapy alone and concurrent chemoradiotherapy in patients with rectal cancer.Methods From January 2017 to December 2020,28 patients with rectal cancer were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group(14 cases,concurrent chemoradiotherapy)and control group(14 cases,radiotherapy alone).Results①Comparison of diagnosis and treatment between the two groups:Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower mortality within 1 year after diagnosis and treatment and higher 4-year survival rate.There was significant difference in data comparison(P<0.05);②Comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups:There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.There was no statistical difference(P>0.05);③Comparison of treatment effect between the two groups:There was no significant difference in the number of patients with partial remission,disease progression and disease control between the two groups,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the number of patients in the observation group was more with complete remission and effective,and the number of patients with stable disease was less,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with radiotherapy alone,patients with rectal cancer receiving concurrent chemoradiotherapy can achieve better diagnosis and treatment effect,and can effectively improve the survival rate of patients.
