摘要
自2018年至今,我国已经了开展5批国家组织药品集中带量采购,各省和省级联盟也在积极开展药品耗材带量采购项目,均取得了十分积极的效果。本研究总结了国外典型集中带量采购项目的核心要素,为进一步优化我国各级带量采购流程提供了相关建议。
Since 2018,China has implemented five rounds of national volume-based procurement(VBP),and many VBP programs on drugs and medical consumables are implemented in single province or across provinces.This article summarized key elements of VBP programs in foreign countries or international organizations,and provides suggestions for the optimization of procurement procedure in China.
