摘要
目的探讨在体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)剩余胚胎冷冻保存19年后解冻获得成功妊娠的影响因素。方法患者谭女士申请解冻采用程序化冷冻了19年的卵裂期胚胎(第二天胚胎),通过玻璃化解冻后存活的胚胎进行囊胚培养。结果患者解冻10枚卵裂期(D2)胚胎,解冻存活7枚,经囊胚培养形成可利用囊胚4枚,当月移植未获妊娠,隔月再次解冻获得临床妊娠,并于38;周剖宫产一健康女孩。结论对于程序化冷冻的胚胎经玻璃化解冻可以获得相似的复苏率和胚胎发育潜能,冻存时间长达19年的冷冻胚胎可以让48岁高龄患者获得成功分娩。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of successful pregnancy after thawing the remaining embryos in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET) after cryopreservation for 19 years. Methods Ms. Tan applied for thawing.The cleavage embryos(the second day embryos) that had been frozen for 19 years were used for blastocyst culture. Results 10 cleavage stage(D2) embryos were thawed and 7 survived. 4 usable blastocysts were formed by blastocyst culture. No pregnancy was obtained after transplantation in the same month, and clinical pregnancy was obtained after thawing again every other month. A healthy girl was delivered by cesarean section at 38;weeks. Conclusion For programmed frozen embryos,vitrification thawing can obtain similar recovery rate and embryonic development potential. Frozen embryos stored for 19 years can make 48 year old patients give birth successfully.
