摘要
宫颈癌是全球范围内最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,是经济欠发达国家女性死亡的主要原因,近年来该病有向年轻化发展的趋势。叶酸具有多种生物学功能,叶酸缺乏能够影响高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)的易感性及感染的持续性,并通过参与多条信号通路及表观遗传调控促进宫颈癌的发生及发展。本文主要综述叶酸的生物学功能及其在宫颈癌发生、发展过程中的相关研究及应用现状,旨在为促进宫颈癌疾病患者的早期诊疗提供新的研究思路。
Cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecological malignant tumors in the world, and it is the main cause of death of women in underdeveloped countries, in recent years, the disease tends to be younger. Folic acid has a variety of biological functions. Folic acid deficiency can affect the susceptibility to human papilloma virus and the persistence of infection, and promote the occurrence and development of cervical cancer by participating in multiple signal pathways and epigenetic regulation. This paper mainly reviews the biological function of folic acid and its related research and application in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer, in order to provide new research ideas for promoting the early diagnosis,treatment and diet regulation of patients with cervical cancer.
