摘要
在热镀锌线生产过程中,锌渣随锌液流动或辊子转动粘附到带钢表面,形成锌渣缺陷,严重影响镀锌产品的表面质量。锌渣粘附于锌坩埚设备,将影响设备的稳定运行。有效控制或去除锌坩埚表面形成的锌渣是热镀锌生产中亟待解决的问题。在生产过程中,需要对锌坩埚不同操作部位产生的锌渣及时清除,操作空间和镀锌工艺增大了除渣的难度。热镀锌生产的顺利进行和产品质量的提高需求高效、清洁、安全的除渣工艺和技术。随着热镀锌过程中电磁技术研究的深入,电磁除渣技术已经趋于成熟。综述了电磁除渣技术的主要进展,分析了其使用特点和存在的不足,并展望了该技术的未来应用。
In the production process of hot dip galvanizing line,zinc slag adheres to the surface of strip steel with the flow of molten zinc or the rotation of roller,forming zinc slag defects,which seriously affects the surface quality of galvanized products.Zinc slag adhesion to zinc crucible equipment will affect the stable operation of equipment.Effective control or removal of zinc slag formed on the surface of zinc crucible is an urgent problem to be solved in hot dip galvanizing.In the process of production,it is necessary to remove zinc slag from different operation parts of zinc crucible in time,and the operation space and galvanizing technology increase the difficulty of slag removal.The smooth progress of hot dip galvanizing production and the improvement of product quality demand efficient,clean and safe slag removal process and technology.With the development of electromagnetic technology in hot dip galvanizing,electromagnetic slag removal technology has become mature.In this paper,the main progress of electromagnetic slag removal technology is reviewed,its application characteristics and shortcomings are analyzed,and the future application of this technology is forecasted.
