摘要 针对目前传统的矿井主通风机监测与控制系统操作复杂、监测参数较少、测量精度低且风机运行参数监测与风机控制配合度差等问题,设计了一种基于PLC的矿井主通风机运行参数实时监测与控制系统,可对主通风机运行时的性能、状态及电气参数进行实时测量,并根据参数反馈进行风机风量自适应控制、变频控制等操作,提高了矿井通风设备测量控制系统的智能化水平,有效地保证了主通风机的经济可靠运行。 At present,the traditional mine main ventilator monitoring and control system has problems such as complicated operation,fewer monitoring parameters,low measurement accuracy,and poor coordination between ventilator operating parameter monitoring and ventilator control.In order to solve these problems,a PLC-based real-time monitoring and control system for the operating parameters of the mine main ventilator was designed.The system can perform real-time measurement of the performance,status and electrical parameters of the main ventilator during operation,and perform operations such as ventilator air volume adaptive control and frequency conversion control based on parameter feedback.The intelligent level of the mine ventilation equipment measurement and control system is improved,and the economic and reliable operation of the main ventilator is effectively guaranteed.
