摘要
为了提高粉煤灰的资源化利用,在m(漂珠)∶m(氢氧化铝)∶m(V_(2)O_(5))∶m(AlF_(3))=45∶55∶4∶3的混合料中分别添加不同量(每100 g混合料分别添加0、5、10、20、30 g)的粉煤灰细粉,以PVA溶液为结合剂,经干料混匀、泥料搅拌、泥料陈腐、挤制成型、1100℃保温2 h烧成制备莫来石试样,然后检测其致密度、强度、抗热震性,并分析其物相组成和显微结构。结果表明:1)随着粉煤灰细粉添加量的增加,试样的总气孔率和开口气孔率逐渐减小,体积密度和耐压强度逐渐增大,闭口气孔率和抗热震性能呈先增大后减小的变化趋势。2)试样M10的综合性能最佳,开口气孔率为62.20%,闭口气孔率为13.45%,总气孔率为75.65%,体积密度为0.76 g·cm^(-3),耐压强度为16.7 MPa,热震后耐压强度为14.3 MPa,耐压强度保持率为85.63%。
In order to improve the resource utilization of fly ash,different amounts of fly ash fine powder(0,5,10,20 and 30 g per 100 g of mixture)were added into the mixture powder of m(fly ash cenosphere)∶m(Al(OH)_(3))∶m(V_(2)O_(5))∶m(AlF_(3))=45∶55∶4∶3,and PVA solution was used as the binder.Mullite porous ceramic specimens were obtained after dry mixing,mud stirring,mud decaying,extrusion shaping and insulating at 1100℃for 2 h.The density,the strength and the thermal shock resistance of the specimens were tested,and the phase composition and the microstructure were analyzed.The results show that:(1)the total porosity and the open porosity of the specimens gradually decrease,while the bulk density and the compressive strength gradually increase,and the closed porosity and the thermal shock resistance firstly increase and then decrease with the fly ash fine powder addition increasing;(2)specimen M10 has the best comprehensive performance,with an open porosity of 62.20%,a closed porosity of 13.45%,a total porosity of 75.65%,a bulk density of 0.76 g·cm^(-3),a compressive strength of 16.7 MPa,a compressive strength after thermal shock of 14.3 MPa,and a residual strength ratio of 85.63%.
