摘要
目的:探讨异位妊娠患者凝血功能及性激素水平变化。方法:选取本院就诊的异位妊娠患者85例为研究组,同期入院的正常宫内妊娠者85例为对照组,比较两组活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)及β绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)、孕酮(P)水平。结果:异位妊娠患者的APTT、PT、TT(31.43s、13.95s、22.86s)均高于正常宫内妊娠者(29.17s、11.75s、20.55s),FIB(2.62±0.41g/L)低于正常宫内妊娠者(3.41±0.40g/L)(P<0.05)。异位妊娠患者β-hCG和P水平(2747.24U/L、32.51 mol/L)低于正常宫内妊娠者(12639.71U/L、78.64 mol/L)(均P<0.05)。结论:与正常宫内妊娠者相比,异位妊娠患者早期凝血功能和性激素水平均下降,产前检查时应重点关注。
Objective:To investigate the changes of coagulation function and sex hormone level of patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods:85 patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly selected in study group and 85 cases with normal intrauterine pregnancy were selected in control group from January to July 2019.The values of the activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB),and the levels ofβ-chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)and progesterone(P)of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The values of APTT,PT,and TT of the patients in the study group were 31.43s,13.95s,and 22.86s,respectively,which were significant higher than those(29.17s,11.75s,and 20.55s,respectively)of the women in the control group(P<0.05).The FIB value of the patients in the study group was 2.62±0.41 g/L,which was significant lower than that(3.41±0.40g/L)of the women in the control group(P<0.05).The levels ofβ-hCG and P of the patients in the study group were 2747.24U/L and 32.51 mol/L,which were significant lower than those(12639.71U/L and 78.64 mol/L)of the women in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with those of the women with normal intrauterine pregnancy,the coagulation function and hormone level of the patients with ectopic pregnancy during the first trimester of pregnancy has decrease,which should be paid more attention to during antenatal examination.
