摘要
以湖北鄂东长江公路大桥为工程背景,采用ANSYS建立5段标准钢箱梁节段精细有限元模型,分析了6种横隔板间距对钢箱梁受到偏心荷载作用时的扭转畸变正应力空间分布的影响。计算分析发现,横隔板的设置可以有效抑制箱梁的翘曲、畸变效应,对本项目标准钢箱梁节段设置3道横隔板时即可将扭转畸变效应控制在较小范围内。
Taking Hubei E-dong Yangtze River Highway Bridge as the engineering background,the finite element model of five exquisite segments of standard steel box girder is established by ANSYS to analyze the influence of six kinds of diaphragm spacing on the spatial distribution of torsional distortion normal stress of steel box girder subjected to eccentric load.The calculation analysis shows that the setting of transverse diaphragm can effectively restrain the warping and distortion effect of the box girder.The torsion distortion effect can be controlled in a small range when the standard steel box girder segment is set up with 3 transverse diaphragms.
