摘要
以3种不同贴面的实木复合地板基材为研究对象,分析在相对极端的试验条件下,2种不同漆面涂饰工艺对防开裂、附着力等物理性能的影响。结果表明:漆面结构中含有韧性底漆涂层的实木复合地板具有更好的防开裂性、漆膜附着力。在实际生产中,生产企业可考虑在漆面结构中引入韧性底漆涂层,有效提高实木复合地板质量,以满足相关标准及用户使用要求。
Taking three kinds of engineered wood flooring with different veneers decoration as the research object,the influence of the two kinds of painting process on the anti-cracking performance,adhesion and other physical properties were analyzed under the relatively extreme experimental conditions.The results showed that better cracking resistance and coating strength was found in the engineered flooring with flexible primer coating in its coating structure.In actual production,manufacturers can consider introducing flexible primer coating into the paint structure to effectively improve the quality of engineered wood flooring to meet relevant quality standards and user's requirements.
