摘要 针对目前BIM模型向有限元模型转换之后无法适用于精细化分析的问题,本文提出了一种ACIS-API模型转换方法,即以ACIS格式文件为基础,通过软件二次开发以及外部模型信息数据库将BIM模型中包含的几何参数、材质、荷载及边界条件等信息完整精确地赋予ACIS几何模型,并对几何模型进行装配、划分网格形成有限元分析模型,从而实现BIM模型向精细化有限元模型的自动化转换;文章还根据该模型转换方法编写了Revit与ABAQUS之间精细化模型转换程序,并详细阐述了生成几何模型、信息匹配等程序要点。之后分别从几何模型转换、网格划分以及转换后有限元分析模型的正确性三方面验证了程序的合理性和适用性。研究结果表明,对于需要精细化分析的复杂结构类型,采用本文提出的模型转换方法可明显提高其计算效率,具有较好的工程应用前景。 In view of the current problem that the Building Information Model(BIM) model is not suitable for refined analysis after model conversion to the finite element(FE) model, this paper presents a novel approach that combines ACIS and Application Program Interface(API). Specifically, the approach is based on the ACIS, the geometric parameters, material, load and boundary conditions contained in the BIM model are completely and accurately assigned to the ACIS geometric model with software secondary development and external model information database, and the geometric model is assembled and meshed to form FE analysis model. Consequently, it realizes the automatic conversion from the BIM model to refined the FE model. This paper also uses the above-mentioned approach to propose a refined model conversion program from Revit to ABAQUS,and several key program points including generating geometric model, information matching are elaborated. After that, the rationality and applicability of the program are verified from the three aspects of geometric model conversion, mesh division and the correctness of the FE analysis model. The research results show that: the approach can significantly improve calculation efficiency for requiring refined-analysis complex structure, and thus it has a promising prospect for engineering application.
