摘要
不动产登记制度的实施,国内大多数城市都开发了二维不动产登记管理平台,但随着城市内部不断向立体化发展,不动产登记数据的空间分布也日益复杂,如何将城市三维数据应用于不动产登记管理中,已成为目前应用的热点之一。本文探讨了利用倾斜摄影技术获取城市三维模型数据的方法,构建了一套基于不动产登记管理的城市三维实景模型数据库,搭建了三维不动产登记管理平台,实现了不动产登记信息三维可视化管理。
The implementation of the real estate registration system, has developed a 2 D most of domestic cities real estate registration management platform, but constantly to the three-dimensional development inside the city, the spatial distribution of the real estate registration data is increasingly complicated, how to apply urban 3 D data to the real estate registration management, has become one of the hot spots of the current application. This paper discusses the method of obtaining 3 D model data of the city by using tilt photography technology, constructs a set of 3 D real scene model database of the city based on real estate registration management, builds a 3 D real estate registration management platform, and realizes 3 D visual management of real estate registration information.
