摘要
针对现在操作工具主要用高压拉闸杆,在倒闸操作和更换熔丝过程中,拉闸杆在将跌落式熔断器取下和给上时存在诸多问题:①给上熔断器时,不容易准确放入卡口,容易脱落;②取下时容易掉落,造成设备损坏或人员受伤;③现在的拉闸杆比较笨重,造成力量小的运行人员无法开展此项工作。本研究设计跌落式熔断器熔管拆装操作杆及操作方法,是将熔管在熔断器上的安装与拆卸动作分开,然后安装与拆卸的每一步骤动作细化,将这些动作转化为整个操作杆的结构动作,实现对熔管的安装与拆卸,确保安装过程中熔管不会跌落,方便操作人员快速、准确地完成熔管拆卸和安装。
At present,the operating tools mainly use high-voltage pull-out rod.In the process of switching operation and fuse replacement,there are many problems when the pull-out rod takes off and puts on the drop fuse:first,it is not easy to put the fuse into the bayonet accurately,which is easy to fall off;Second,it is easy to fall when removing,resulting in equipment damage or personal injury;Third,the current brake rod is bulky,which makes the operators with small power unable to carry out this work.In this study,the disassembly and assembly operation rod and operation method of drop fuse fuse fuse tube are designed to separate the installation and disassembly of fuse tube on fuse,and then refine each step of installation and disassembly,and convert these actions into the structural action of the whole operation rod to realize the installation and disassembly of fuse tube,so as to ensure that the fuse tube will not fall during installation,which is convenient for operators to quickly Accurately complete the removal and installation of fusion tube.
