摘要
针对异形景观类钢结构弯管较多、非标准相贯线焊接节点复杂等结构形式,为控制焊接变形,采取了优化焊接顺序、调整焊接参数和改变焊接接头形式等技术措施指导焊接作业。经应用后,实际焊接变形在可控范围内,整体钢结构完工效果良好。
Aiming at the structural forms of special-shaped landscape steel structure,such as more bends and complex non-standard intersection welding joints.In order to control welding deformation,technical measures such as optimizing welding sequence,adjusting welding parameters and changing welding joint form are taken to guide welding operation.After application,the actual welding deformation is controllable,and the completion effect of the overall steel structure is good.
