摘要
介绍了一种缠绕成型用中温固化增韧环氧树脂体系的工艺性能及其芳纶纤维复合材料力学性能。对树脂进行理化性能分析,确定预浸料固化工艺参数,采用热熔法制备了中温固化增韧环氧树脂芳纶纤维单向预浸料,通过热压罐工艺固化成型复合材料层合板,并进行性能测试。结果表明,纤维和树脂界面相容性好,中温固化增韧环氧树脂/芳纶纤维复合材料压缩强度和层间剪切强度比同类芳纶纤维复合材料高,复合材料耐低温和湿热性能较好。
The process performance and mechanical properties of moderate temperature curing and toughening epoxy resin(EP) aramid fiber composites for winding molding were mainly introduced.The physical and chemical properties of the resin were analyzed to determine the curing process parameters of the prepreg.The unidirectional prepreg of moderate temperature curing and toughening EP aramid fiber was prepared by hot-melt method.The composite laminate was cured by hot pressing process.The performance tests shown that there was good interface compatibility of fiber and resin for composites.Moreover,the compressive strength and interlaminar shear strength of the composites were higher than similar aramid fiber composites,and they also had better resistance to low temperature and damp heat environment.
