微生物诱导的矿化及其在油气工业的应用

摘要 微生物诱导的矿化沉淀是自然界中存在的一种普遍现象,并且碳酸盐沉淀是微生物诱导矿化的一种形式。微生物代谢活动所产生的碳酸盐沉淀,在二氧化碳封存、封堵大孔道来提高原油采收率方面具有重要的作用。常见的诱导碳酸盐沉淀的生物包括蓝藻,巴斯德孢子菌,硫酸盐还原菌,尿素分解菌,硝酸盐还原菌,产甲烷菌等,这些微生物诱导碳酸盐沉淀的潜在机理包括微生物的自身代谢活动改变沉淀环境,微生物菌体及胞外聚合物吸引离子来诱导沉淀。根据代谢类型不同,微生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀的作用类型以分为光合作用、硫酸盐还原、反硝化、氨化、甲烷氧化等。本文综述了自然条件下微生物诱导的碳酸盐沉淀的一些潜在机理,以及与沉淀过程相关的微生物的主要类型及其所处的自然环境,着重探究了微生物诱导的碳酸盐沉淀在石油工业的应用及这项技术所面临的挑战和未来展望。 Microbial-induced mineralization precipitation is a common phenomenon in nature, and carbonate precipitation is a form of microbial-induced mineralization. Carbonate precipitation produced by microbial metabolism plays an important role in carbon dioxide storage and plugging large pores to improve oil recovery. Common organisms that induce carbonate precipitation include cyanobacteria, Pasteurella sp Self-metabolism changes the precipitation environment, and microbial cells and extracellular polymers attract ions to induce precipitation. According to the different types of metabolism, the types of effects of microorganisms inducing calcium carbonate precipitation can be divided into photosynthesis, sulfate reduction, denitrification, ammoniation, methane oxidation and so on. This article reviews some potential mechanisms of microbial-induced carbonate precipitation under natural conditions, as well as the main types of microbes related to the precipitation process and their natural environment, focusing on the exploration of microbial-induced carbonate precipitation in the petroleum industry. Application,challenges and future prospects of this technology.
