摘要
膜生物反应器(Membrane Bio-Reactor,MBR)是污水处理中常见的工艺,而BioGill(BG)生物滤塔是MBR基础上发展的一种新型的生物污水处理设备。本文介绍了BG生物滤塔装置原理和特点,并对比分析了BG生物滤塔工艺和传统MBR工艺的原理,主要工艺设备配置以及建设投资。显示BG生物滤塔工艺更能有效处理有机污染物,设备更易操作,运行成本更低,具有广阔的应用前景。
Membrane Bio-Reactor(MBR) is a common sewage treatment process, and BioGill(BG) biofilter is advanced equipment based on MBR. This paper introduces the principle and characteristics of BG biofilter. And the process flow, main process equipment configuration and total construction investment of BG biofilter and traditional MBR. It shows that BG biofilter can treat organic pollutants more effectively, the equipment is easier to operate, the operation cost is lower,and it has promising application prospect.
