摘要
针状焦由于性能稳定等,在制造高功率电极和炼钢方面有广阔应用前景,针状焦根据生产原料不同分为石油系和煤系。本文主要介绍了煤系针状焦发展现状,制备方法和其生产技术。虽然我国针状焦的生产已经取得显著的成果,但起步较晚,产品质量仍然参差不齐,因此还需要深入对针状焦的开发研究,使高品质针状焦能够尽快在我国实现工业化。
Needle coke has broad application prospects in the manufacture of high-power electrodes and steelmaking due to its stable performance. Needle coke can be divided into petroleum and coal series according to the raw materials used. This paper mainly introduces the development status, preparation method and production technology of coal measure needle coke. Although the production of needle coke in China has made remarkable achievements, but the product quality is not stable, it is necessary to further deepen the research on needle coke, so that high-quality needle coke can be localized as soon as possible.
