摘要
采用氢火焰气相色谱法(GC-FID)对凝胶洗手液中乙醇含量的测试,验证凝胶洗手液中乙醇含量检测方法的适用性,采用直接法进样,色谱柱为HP-INNOWAX毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm),载气为氮气,氢火焰离子化检测器,进样口温度为230℃;检测器温度为250℃;起始温度60℃保持5 min,以40℃/min升温至230℃保持8 min。乙醇含量线性范围在5~20 mg/mL,相关系数r=0.99994,加标回收率在99.6%~101.9%之间。
A method for determination of ethanol in gel hand wash by hydrogen flame gas chromatography. To verify the applicability of the ethanol content detection method of gel hand wash. The GC method was used to determine the content of ethanol with the derect sample injection. The determination was performed on the HP-INNOWAX capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm) with nitrogen as carried gas, the flame ionization detector(FID) was used as the detector. The temperature of the injection port was 250 ℃ and that of the detector was 250 ℃. The initial column temperature was 60 ℃, maintainined for 3 min, then raised to 230 ℃ at a rate of 40 ℃/min and maintained for 8 min at 230 ℃. The linear rangs of detection mass concentration was 5~20 mg/m L(r=0.99994), the recovery in the rang of 99.6 %~101.9 %.
