摘要
环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)是一类共价封闭的内源性非编码RNA,无5′端帽和3′端多聚A尾,具有组织特异性,广泛存在于人类细胞中。circRNA于包括肿瘤在内的多种疾病相关组织及细胞中存在差异表达,提示circRNA对某些疾病具有调节作用,如circRNA可作为微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)海绵,即作为竞争性内源RNA(competing endogenous RNA,ceRNA)与miRNA竞争性结合,从而对肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭及血管生成等生理活动发挥调控作用,因此,circRNA在肿瘤进展中扮演重要角色。本文就circRNA作为mi RNA海绵在肿瘤增殖、侵袭转移及血管生成中的作用作一综述。
Circular RNA(circRNA)is a kind of covalently closed,endogenous non-coding RNA with no 5′end caps or3′poly A tails,which is tissue specific and widely exists in human cells.Clinical data show that circRNA is differentially expressed in tissues and cells associated with a variety of diseases including tumors,suggesting the regulatory effect of circRNA on some diseases.Further studies have shown that circRNA can act as a sponge for microRNA(miRNA),i.e.competing endogenous RNA(ceRNA)to competitively bind to miRNA and regulate physiological activities such as proliferation,invasion and angiogenesis of tumor cells,and play an important role in tumor progression.This paper summarizes the role of circRNA as a miRNA sponge in tumor progression.
